I never got my free tshirt from the blood drive?

last year during school i gave blood and it was like at the end of that day. so when i was done i went to get my tshirt and they didnt have my size so they wrote my name down. and now its next school year and i still dont have my shirt and they were really cool is there some way i could get it or not. Should i email them or what.
